With a deep expertise in construction management throughout all disciplines of the industry, Founder Terry Mulberg blends a background in technical project oversight and strategic operations. His experience includes management and supervision of multi-projects, pre-construction, estimating, budget development and performing lead liaison on developments ranging upwards to $1B. Through consultancy, advisory services and on-site tactical implementation and oversight of project initiatives, he has helped clients
achieve critical milestone objectives while boosting revenues, conserving costs, maintaining timelines and often rescuing struggling development projects of multimillion-dollar scope. Most recently, Terry served as Owner Representative and Vice President of Construction Development for KCR Development and Chief Operations Officer at AIPA Properties. Prior to that he held roles as a Senior Project Manager, Director of Business Solutions and Superintendent.
