SERVICES: CONSTRUCTION

• Attend weekly site meetings with GC and subcontractors.
• Facilitate Owner, Architect, GC project status meetings.
• Provide schedule interface between GC schedule and Owner direct procured materials.
• Define key project schedule milestones with GC and key subcontractors.
• Onsite monitoring and reporting of GC quality control compliance with project specifications.
• Provide GC oversight and reporting of insurance and lien release logs of all consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor master schedule and provide bi-weekly updates specific to milestone tasks.
• Review and approve all Contractor progress billings for payment and subcontractor monthly invoicing.
• Establish documentation process of Owner approved Contractor performed T & M scope of work.
