SERVICES: START-UP, OCCUPANCY & ONGOING OPERATIONS

• Review and approve Contractor Operations and Maintenance Manuals compliant with specifications.
• Provide system design oversight and facilitate integration of security and low voltage systems.
• Monitor and ensure completion, Owner acceptance and sign off of Architect prepared punch list.
• Facilitate and oversee development of secured custom software applications for storage of as-built –drawings and operation manuals.
• Facilitate confirmation via governing agencies that the project is in full compliance of all local codes. Infrastructure design review – entitlements and municipality interface.
